Raymond grew up in the Springfield, Missouri area, helping his father with his business. He began apprenticing with him at the age of 18 and has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of running a successful enterprise. Raymond inherited his father's unique insight and knowledge and carries on the tradition started in the LaRue family many years ago.
